It looks like there are three placings still to be decided upon prior to tonights games. These are 3rd/4th, 5th/6th and 8th/9th.
The differences are:
Panthers 69 points - two games left Giants 66 points - two games left
Panthers are away to Sheffield and home to Manchester Giants are away to Newcastle and home to Basingstoke
Vipers 56 points - three games left Devils 53 points - two games left
Vipers are at home to Belfast and Cardiff and away to Coventry Cardiff are away to Hull and Newcastle
Capitals 37 points - three games left Bison 35 points - four games left
Caps are away to Manchester and Sheffield and home to Bison Bison are away at Coventry, Belfast and Caps and home to Coventry
I pretty much think Panthers will end up third and Giants fourth. I think Caps will take eight spot over Bison with a win in the last game of the season.
Cardiff have only lost one in the last seven, but have been playing the lower end of the table. Vipers have only won one out of seven.
My prediction is Cardiff to finish above Vipers.
That would give us:
Cov v Caps Sheffield v Manch Panthers v Vipers Cardiff v Belfast
What does everyone else think?

I honestly can't see Cardiff winning both games AND Newcastle loising all three of theirs. That is the only way The Devils will finish higher.

Just need a point tonight i reckon to guarentee third. With us getting a point in the last two games and Belfast winning their two games.I assume, as we will have same points and same Regular wins that it's games between sides to seperate? Thus putting us 3rd.As the league goal difference favours Newcastle presently.Think we are 20-12 up on them re goals between us in our 6 games too.

An improvement of 2 league places from last season then. Lets do the same again next season and we'll be top of the pile. Lets hope we can put manchester to the sword next week to go into the quarters with cardiff with lots of confidence.

Lets hope we can put manchester to the sword next week to go into the quarters with cardiff with lots of confidence. We are favourites saturday night . Macnhester should be coming here with something to play for, but it is against them because they are yet to score against us here at the nic.

Well I couldnt have been more wrong really.
The only issue to be decided now is eighth/ninth, so I'm just going to keep quiet.
