It would seem as if from 2025 ASM Global will take over the management of the Arena from Sheffield City Trust/City Council One can presume that the current agreement with the Steelers and the current owners will transfer over in it's current state I know some of you have your views about the building and the team, but I'd hate to see the Steelers homeless because they cannot agree on a financial agreement that is in the best interests of both parties www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-68413209

With only 10 teams in the top flight playing each other, we need every team to have a home.
Can’t see it being in the new owners interests to lose them as a tenant though, get decent crowds, daresay they earn well from overpriced beer and burgers like the Arena does here.

Unless they’ve bought it for the land

This is just a management/operator change. Sheffield City Council own the building and land. ASM Global will manage the venue just as SIV do now.
