Pare & Kelsall played together on 4th line with others dropping in by double shifting. I say this in the most respectful way possible but McKenzie is a complete waste of time. If he isn't going to get ice time when we are short benched he never will. The reality is he just isn't good enough at this time. The comments from Telford fans even said he wasn't good enough for them. This weekend we've come up agaisnt our arch nemisis in Besko. Both games have been decided by big mistakes or slips. Giants havn't had to create anything special to beat us. Last night we played well, this time ok. If it's going to be close you just cannot afford to make big ertors. The only question mark tonight for their 3rd. Roy got stripped on his own blue line for them to skate in and score. On the webcast it looks like it could've been a penalty, but there wasn't a good enough replay to be sure. For the 4th Ryczek missed a hip check on the boards and it was game over. You just can’t legislate for big “ertors” can you Baggy ! Sorry 🤣 Lol

Think you lot are being a bit hard on yourselves at least on tonights performance. Yes Giants were the better team tonight but there were periods when the Panthers lines did put in a shift. Biggest failing was finishing...Besko was good but there were some obvious and glaring misfires from the Panthers which might have put a different spin on the game.

Were they unlucky again ? According to panthers banter on X , they are unlucky every game.. no team is that unlucky I know 🙄🤦 Just had a scroll through their tweets to see what they said, seen “worst 10 mins of the season” and “no complaints” on the result. No mention of unlucky unless I’ve missed something? Anyway, I pretty much agree with their assessment from what I’ve read. Defence weren’t as protective of Rok as they were of Robinson last night. Gifted the giants a 2 goal head start (albeit they gave us a cheap 5-on-3 afterwards. If we could convert our chances more often, we’d be putting some points up on the board. Just need some lines clicking.

Definitely need an out & out goal scorer I wholeheartedly agree.

I think 'float' understands that and was just noting it had not been use this time.

In both games I felt we struggled with Belfast’s physicality, every time we entered the zone or got pucks deep they were finishing their checks, and we couldn’t cope with it. Besko was back to his usual self against us unfortunately, typical really when his save % has been so poor.
We keep plodding on

We keep plodding on Giants a bit of a different animal now to earlier in the season though since they’ve got Roach back and added Cullen and Goodwin.

I think that nails it...if we could score most of the chances we create we'd be at least mid table. We put in a decent performance every night in my opinion but once we get in front of the net.....

All I know with Cook is he ended up at Clan as assistant coach or something which was daft offering him that if they wanted to keep him. He scored goals for fun everywhere he went since. I seem to recall something about a dog too ? I know why Kolnik went though.

Kolnik went because of money,or rather what he was told about it. He was apparently on £900 a week first season and would have re signed again, but he got told he can have the same money again even though “he wasn’t worth it”. So he told them to get stuffed and didn’t re sign.

It's still happening, comes from the top... always has he's just replaced GM with finance Freddie. Pacha may be the front face but the strings are being pulled by you know who.
