'over half the bowl sold' says the OS. Or unsold... That's only 3500 ish. Plenty of time I suppose but you'd hope for a better crowd for a Sunday.

Where is the best place to park now, have to travel in these days and the rip off NEC up the road cost is adding up to a beer token ?

Depends where you're coming from, I'd be inclined to park at one of the tram stations and come in on the tram, Traffic around the arena and BBC island at the moment is horrendous, I don't think they do the event ticket anymore but its would still be cheaper than parking.

Tram day (= return) ticket is £4.70. or chance it if you feel lucky. Bus fares are currently £2 singles, so if you park on/near a main bus route past the arena, you can get there and back for £4. 27/43/25/26/43 and 44 all go past the arena.

Ockbrook, these days. Problem with the TRAM is takes bloody ages from the A52. Park on a residential street near University Boulevard stop? 7 quite quick stops to Lace Market?

Station carpark is about a fiver at worst I think. Not too far to walk to the arena.

Meanwhile, back on the ice . . . The Grapes Count = Panthers 4 : Clan 3. [ Might need overtime or penalty shots ]. Two weak sides, really is a toss-up which is poorer on any given night.

One hopes it's the Neilson revolving door of sitting import forwards. And of course Dubeau gets the start.

One thing I never got with neilson he always kept swapping and changing forwards and goalies so they were never settled ...just mind boggling

It's because his hockey is so cerebral, or something.
He could be ill or injured of course, but no one would sit Welychka out, even that genius.

One ‘iron man’ of the season, not icing. Brady, Myers, Summers, Brassard, Gagnon and Kelsall left.

Is it just me or is our shot selection questionable? We put a lot of rubber on the net but seem to convert only a fraction into actual goals compared with other teams? Or is that just the way it feels?
Maybe a stato can disavow me of this feeling but that's what it feels like.
Am I wrong? Would definitely like to see more driving of the net for follow ups. Almost like we're trying to be too cute and don't have it in us? We have so many proven scorers in the league but this year their conversion rate seems worse. Or am I off base and it's just the feeling I'm getting from watching?
Anyone else get that feeling??

And that winning goal pretty much sums up Debeau.

Neilson is statistically worse than GG after this.

I'll say it again, thank goodness Neilson's back. All the blinkered idiots deserve nothing less.

Round about 8%, best is 12 ish.
