Now we’ve got a lot of roster spots filled it’s interesting to read peoples thoughts on line combinations. I think we might be looking at something like this: Import - Brady - Import Puffer - Welsh - Ferrara Import - Sorenson - Import Kelsall - Myers - Hopkins Import - Import Brassard - Summers Import - Moore Dubeau Brit I think you could play Brady, Welsh or Sorenson on any of the top 3 lines. I recall Graham talking about how he wanted a 3rd line that was horrible to play against, looking at Sorenson’s career and the amount of PIM’s (not astronomical) that he’s taken without being renowned as a fighter, I wonder if he may be a bit of a wind up merchant, our own version of Brendan Connolly if you will. With Hunt rumoured to be signing I’d to like to see him and Sorenson playing on the 3rd line with a big, physical forward on the RW to compliment them. We’ve got the buildings of a good team so far but there’s still some big spots to fill on the roster which will be pivotal to our success this season. I'd swap Sorenson and Brady around .. apart from that 👍 |

As I said earlier in the day. Proven EIHL numbers probably trumps all other stats and history for a player. Great addition. The statos here may look at both these sites more regular, I tend to just use EP. EliteProspects has him listed as 6ft. HockeyDB 5ft 11in. Is this fairly normal to find differences between the two? If so is one particularly more reliable? Could not say for sure. But I do find that I can't rely on any site most of the time. When I've offered a correction which is totally wrong with them or trying to just give missing information in order to bolster their stats etc there is no reply as to think they are offended that someone is trying to say their work is wrong. Which it would be. |

I used to use hockeydb, but now always use EP, which I find is generally "better", for me. The only advantage to hockeydb that I can see is it has an option to list a player's cards, but the lists are often incomplete.
As to how tall someone is, that I don't know.

Looks absolute quality. This week’s signings seem to get better day by day. If they’re saving the best until last for tomorrow then it should be one hell of a signing. Let’s hope so

Pacha is good,GG is good,it really had to be otherwise they were in big trouble. We always said,the only way things will ever change is for fans to vote with their feet and the club needed to lose some of the baggage and millstones that held it back. Both happened,the right people have come in and now things look far far better. |

I know I’ve said it already but what the heck were we doing last season? In fairness to this time last year, guys like Doherty had CVs not dissimilar to this, it just didn't work out (and then he left). |

Lack of experience gets mentioned a lot when people talk about Doucet but I think Dupont is showing that you can put together a good team on paper without a ton of experience |
