Question, - Is there plenty of time to get back into it? Two and a half minutes. We need 5 to force overtime, 2-7

Giants had an entire quality line missing of Doggett - Boucher and Murphy.

One win in the last 6, now. 13 goals scored, 32 conceded. Not exactly the form anyone was hoping for, I fear.
Welsh, not long ago Panthers "best" player, has scored 1 point (officially at least) in those 6 games.
Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

Did anyone expect anything else? I don't know how good a coach Wallace is but if I were him I'd walk. Black has hung him out to dry.

Wow today’s attendance only 3914. Mr Black will not be a happy camper with this. Possibly the most important score on the night. We need more of this to invoke change.

I'm pretty sure not all of that is down to the quality of the hockey alone. It'll be interesting to see how the league react to all that's going on that they can't control. How financially robust is the league itself? I suspect the answer is along the lines of "Not very".

Undoubtedly not the only reason. 'Not very' would be my assessment as well, yes.

It's not like we've signed a ton of AHL/NHL/SHL and they've performed badly is it they simply ain't on the roster !

Not jumping on the bandwagon here, because I've moaned from a while back now. Clearly its dangerous to declare it would be better to be losing gams and floundering near the bottom of the league to get 'changes' or at least some form of replacement theme to the club. But its about all we have to perhaps kick someone into action who has the clout to do so.
BUT, the biggest problem is that you have an owner that pulls the strings and I'm not sure what you can do to influence the clubs ideal if he ain't budging with his 'style'.
For one we know that the links between management and fans is poor. That efforts seem to be more on production of 'sales' rather than the team. So what are the 'guts' of what is needed, that we don't have....is it just a coach, recruitment OR more than that?
Yet if it carries on like this with crowd reduction and thus the income falters. Nottingham will not be that big club bar the Arena it plays in, something has to give. Enough complaints over the years so maybe 'failure' to win and a placing worse than 4th/5th and no titles is just about the only chance we have of anything being done about the sport in lace City.

Pity he ain’t flying down the wing. I reckon the next place he'll be flying is out of East Mids. Gives the impression he's got a foot out the door and wouldn't be surprised if he was just doing his 2 weeks notice. I was reminded tonight that Welsh is the 1 player we have on a Uni deal this year so hes going nowhere. Good job too.

Black cares about one thing & one thing only, money. He couldn't give a flying toss if either of his teams are successful or not as long as the money keeps coming in. Now obvious logic dictates that a good product will provide a better chance of guaranteed cash but the Panthers have been dirge for years now & the money still keeps rolling in so why should Black care? I've said it before many times but the only way to get to this ownership is to not attend. If you stop the money going in then they will perhaps take some notice.
