Good win Panthers. Devils by their own standards are very poor and O Conner is a complete and utter waste of skin.

Devils must be bloody awful to lose to a team with barely 10 imports. And at home

Fair play to Panthers. After some of the stick the team took last night, much of is deserved, some not so much, what a way to respond.
Lack of bodies will catch up eventually, that's for those at Panthers Towers to resolve, but those guys on the ice tonight can hold their heads high.
When did we last shut out Cardiff in their own rink in a league game?

3-0! Boivin and Suoranta to take home a very welcome 2 points. Big character win that especially with Domingue departing. Sort of harks back to what I said last night, no one is running away with this at present and despite a genuinely desperate performance last night this has course corrected somewhat. Great win - but problems to be solved, particularly with injuries piling up

Wow. What a win. Fair play to the guys. Each and every one put in a shift. They all played their part.
Management(Well, Mr Black) needs to step up and back them with a few additions, as unlikely as it sounds from what people are saying.

2 points from these 2 games this weekend would have always been acceptable.
Not a lot changed in my mind about what is needed, but its becoming quite obvious this is going to be quite competitive this year. I think 5 or 6 teams will continue to beat each other. 2 or 3 teams will firmly make up the bottom and I still think it's likely Giants will take the title at this stage. Any other team wanting to challenge them will need to make a few changes.

Neh, A nothing bump on the boards. Most likely a cut leg from a skate at this point as there was blood from the leg area. Just confirmed as a deep cut in the ankle area I was right next to the zamboni entrance where he was eventually stretchered off. There was a lot of blood. Hope it's not too deep and looks worse than it ends up being. Only the Nottingham Panthers could pull off what they've done tonight 😂😂 I feel like I kinda called this yesterday. Typical Panthers. Good win Panthers. Devils by their own standards are very poor and O Conner is a complete and utter waste of skin. O'Connor with the assist on the empty netter. Suoranta won't ever score an easier powerplay goal. I remember an 8-0 win a few years back? Back when McGrattan was playing. Great win - but problems to be solved, particularly with injuries piling up And I don't think they played any better tonight than last night. They were just up against a much poorer team I personally think they did play better. Although it is always easier when the skill levels are closer. Devils are not the force I think they were in the past. Hope you enjoyed that KTG, give the Devils' fans a wave from me. Chortle. The away block was sold out, so I booked the edge if the next block. Unfortunately there was a Zamboni entrance between me and all the other Panthers fans, so I was surrounded by Devils. I made sure they knew there was a Panther in their midst, especially the last 10 minutes.

Great result after Friday night. Going .500 from two games with these two is perfectly acceptable. I'll defer to the forum's take on how well we're playing (or not), but I think we're 7-2-1 from our first 10 games, which is pretty good going. I remember an 8-0 win a few years back? Back when McGrattan was playing. www.eliteleague.co.uk/game/437-car-not

The 19-20 side only needed a few pieces to transform and they had to recover from an absolutely rotten start too. We're well placed ATM. Key is getting reinforcements in sooner rather than later IMO. Playing Dundee next weekend, but it's the only league game for 3 weeks so we have some time. I'll be a bit worried if we don't have bodies back or reinforcements by the time we play Coventry on the 20th though.

We're currently playing 0.67 hockey in the league and 0.88 in the cup. So yes, put the way you did it doesn't suck does it?! Let's hope the injuries don't hang around. And that Dom isn't too badly injured

Back when McGrattan was playing. www.eliteleague.co.uk/game/437-car-notWe are playing well but lacking size/toughness and we are getting dangerously close to putting in a bid for Edinburgh’s mini bus to save money on the away coach. No matter how you look at it we don’t have a full squad. I like the spirit Wallace instills in the team and I like his honesty. A couple of GOOD imports could make the world of difference and without them we are going to struggle a lot of weekends. I don’t read anything into Friday as the Giants were seriously good and they shut us down easily. When they get into their stride they are going to be difficult for any team to beat.

Much as I said after the Belfast game, you guys were not a bad team. I fancied you against Cardiff as Belfast had dominated them for the majority of their game, just couldn't put puck in net. Going forward may be a bit more of a problem if injuries persist or if DOPS decide that Sheffield need some assistance and lob a ban or two in your direction. The shortened squads was always going to be an issue and an accident waiting to happen and it will only get worse as the season progresses.

We are very much a Jeckle and Hyde Team!! Were not though..actually as consistent as any other team in the league. The parity is very real. Sheffield’s start will look better but they’ve played all their cup games against Manchester. List 2 home league games like us. I honestly think this could be the closest run league in a long time
