I met Steve once. I was working at a GB Davis Cup Tennis event in Birmingham and spotted Steve in the souvenir shop. I remember other Panthers players talking about him being quite a good tennis player. We chatted for about 10 mins about tennis, after he got over the surprise of being recognised. He was really pleasant to talk to.

Pro sports players are often very good at other sports too. Didn't Kevin Bergin play softball for Canada or something similar?
