humm I would have thought that they would have at least allowed you to pick what price seat you wanted to pick. It's a good job that the box seats were not for sale

I'd think that the more experienced/customer friendly staff in the Arena box office won't mind taking a minute to help you, it will be the newer ones or those less experienced on the system who will do as they are told. Can't blame them for that, it's not their job to argue about what's right or wrong, but if you give them feedback or report feedback via the website (they do reply) then at least the Box Office supervisors know if this is or isn't a good idea.

Of course,who is to say what is the "best seat" available ?
I most certainly wouldn't say it was in block 17 when there are plenty of spaces in 15,16,12,13,6,7,5,4 etc etc etc.....so that shoots that box office or computer theory down in flames !!!!!!
