Great stuff.
A genuine chance of us playing 4 line hockey now.

Very pleased to have him back. A poor season last year, but that has gone now. Hopefully we will see his full potential this year.

Good re-signing, bit of a shame for him from a personal POV that he couldn't get a euro gig, but makes us better having him on the roster.

Interesting to read on the OS that his contract stopped him signing for another EIHL team. Like others have said its a shame for him if he wanted to try Europe, just hope his head is in the right place with having to stay with us.

He seems to have a good season followed by an average season looking at is stats, is best was 13/14 21goals with a 60 pts total, maybe last season with no enforcer to protect players he spent to much time looking over is shoulder, let hope with 2 or 3 guy to protect him he will show his true skills.

I'm sure Panthers have done similar in the past (Myers or Farmer?) when they went looking for overseas opportunities. It gives the player security of a definate job if all else fails but also allows them to explore their options. I think too many people are focusing on the "no other EIHL teams". If Lachowicz wanted to explore options with other EIHL teams then he didn't have to accept this contract! I don't know many jobs who'll sign you to a contract but allow you to explore your options and potentially not take up your contract.

I like the arrangement in the contract that he couldn't play against us, smart move that. Very un-Panthers like.
Bit of a meh signing but maybe he'll play better with our enforcers protecting him.

Delighted with this, quite a few other teams were interested but we kept him. 4 line hockey here we come!
