Good luck to Boxer - hope you are back next season. Like the write-up, would be good if we could sign an import like that.
Also like the advert at the end of the article for a "Media Intern" "no knowledge of hockey is required" - sounds like a job for GM the GM

What does an Australian league season entail, and when does it finish?
Good luck to him, but I hope he doesn't come back injured, or fatigued (assuming he is coming back).

Finishes end of August. Semi-pro league. The don't get paid but they get accommodation and flights paid for and help to find a job if they want it. Unice, Pitt and Safar are former/current EIHLers over there apparently

Cheers Tooth. Sounds like it'll be a bit of a working holiday then, although won't really get any time away from the game (we restart on 5th September per the EIHL yesterday). Still, hope he enjoys it and comes back healthy.

I imagine Boxill will be a late signing announcement this year then, probably already signed, but bet they won't announce it till he leaves Adelaide Adrenaline
