The fans with teddy bears weren't the only tossers in the 1st period.
That was awful Panthers. Lucky to be only 2-1 down.
Big improvement needed.

How can you have coincidental interference when you can only get an interference call by impeding play? I know it worked in our favour but that was weird.

This game is dire, never been so bored. This team is sooooo dull. Don't mind losing, and we still might win, but this is boring.

Dire and Clark was utter crap. Clueless and leaderless too. Passing was terrible as well. Looked like men against boys most of the night.

We stank the place out. Not for the first time this season.
Do these players actually train together during the week?
So bored and frustrated with this team. Getting to be a chore going to games.
How did people actually manage to cheer and clap that lot off?
Never mind eh? Still in the top 4. Still got a cup semi final to come.

Don't know where to begin. That was awful. David Clarke had possibly the worst game I've ever seen him play, I like him a lot but he just doesn't cut it as a captain for me. He's not a leader and the last time he was captain a few years ago we we rudderless then too. Need someone in the Fox mould now more than ever, as a player to spark something and as a captain.

Come on Panthers! Give me a P, give me an A, give me a THETIC!
What year's team sheet was Corey reading when he said we were well matched? That was men against boys. We are a team of average players with a few quite good ones, whereas the real title contenders are teams of generally good players with a few very good ones thrown in. We are being shown up now for what we are. Not one goal in open play.

Awful performance. Clarke & Lacho were just terrible. Felt sorry for Cody Wild, he was playing them on his own.
Refs were abysmal, but for both teams. No excuses tonight, just a plain dire outing.

Well as Mr Perfect once said 'I'm not the kinda guy to say I told ya so, but I told ya so' We are dreadful
Myself FTM and Pidge and a couple of others said we are a poor team this year and tonight proved our point!!

Thought Belfast played a great game, continuously putting our D under pressure. Modig will certainly want a few of them goals back.
As for the team, what can I say that already hasn't been said? We were dreadful. I thought our brits had a really poor game specifically. Clarke, Lacho and Boxill didnt play very well today. Farmer was one of the better players along with Wild but everyone else had a game to forget.
Not good enough from a team that should definitely be winning at home to an out of form Giants.

Atrocious performance this afternoon. Only one game to get up for this weekend and they didn't manage it. Outfought for the entire match by a team everyone and their mother have been beating with all the same old problems on show. Lost too many faceoffs, still need a sniper and a power forward/ enforcer type player. Clarke, Lacho and surprisingly Benedict were shocking.

I thought Belfast were hard working, as they almost always are, but quite disjointed when they had the puck. Certainly compared to recent Giants sides. Still had too much for us of course.
All rather dull tonight, huge crowd but very quiet.

Possibly one of the worst performances by the Brits I have ever seen at the NIC. Missed passes ,missed open goals, for all the hype we were truly shocking & if Corey thinks that was acceptable then he's lost the plot. Didnt think Giants were that good but they wanted it more than us.

Got to agree with all so far. Clarke was utter tosh and didn't look interested at all. Thought Higgins was trying too hard and getting nowhere, and not many of the rest could say they played to the best of their abilities, but you could say the same about the coaching too. As for the officiating, enough said.

We were terrible, the diving and moaning at the ref didn't help but Giants were nothing special.
If we had played anything like our best, or even 75% of our best we would have won. We were nowhere near good enough and I can't think of a single player who had a good game.
Also for those who in recent weeks have called for us to gas Berube, he is injured and we ship 6 at home. Just think about that for a while.

the officials ruined this game (16 inf =40 mins )with a lot of help from the Panthers team, we get nearly 5500 fans and they play like this, the game was the worst I've seen for a long time.
Seem to be playing better hockey away, Panthers have lost 3 out of the last 4 home games, anybody like to come up with a theory.

Terrible, awful, painful to watch, boring, clueless, lacking in skill and whatever else you want to throw at them based on that performance. Apart from Cody Wild,he was excellent.
Thank god for power plays or we would all have been bringing the Teddies home. At least now, people might just see this team for what it has always been.............average if you were being kind and badly lacking in skill and goal scoring ability !

This team can play, Steelers 7-2 , Hamburg 3-1, seems all the players play well or they all play poor, bring back Robinson for starters!!!!!!!, big home support, maroon shirt sale and if that not enough god help us.

There were so many times when the puck was loose and not one Panthers player seemed interested in getting it, just leaving it for Giants to pick up.
Personally, i dont think any of the roster are overly bad, and its hard to single out the weak link as they all seem to be the same level, average. I'll exclude Cody Wild from that, he's our best player by a mile.
I wouldnt be to fussed to see Parent or Landry leave, only if we can upgrade though.
Tough one for me, build a squad of like for like and struggle to pick players out to release, im clutching at straws with the two above.

Poor panthers, lack of intensity and the Giants were much more physical than us.
Hate to say it because I love the idea and it's all for a great cause but the teddy bear throw definitely took our momentum away because if that was just to go back straight to a faceoff we would have carried that through!
However I feel again not having anyone to drops the gloves hurts this team, for example when mosey took the nasty hit players went up to Phillips but no one gave him anything. We just get bullied and we should have beaten that Giants side!

That's an average, out of form injury hit Giants team on a 3 game losing streak.
We were still easily second best all over the ice. Says it all really. Horrendous performance.
The much hoped for return of Nathan Robinson will only paper over so many cracks.
No spark. No creativity. No cohesion. No physicality. Little goal threat. Lack of energy.
Enough is enough. Changes are needed. No more excuses.

After a couple of hours to reflect all but for a couple of players the Panthers bottled it pure and simple. Big Sunday crowd and they bottled it. Terrible passing and too many players skating around like headless chickens. Clark way out of his depth and miles out of any sort of form.
Positives, Wild almost all the game and Mosey hitting the pipes after leaving the Giants for dead plus the goals of course.
