i watched the first with giants tv commentary and found it incredibly poor. turned off the sound and watched the game with the radio nottm commentary second period and ive never appreciated commentary so much in my life. They actually know both teams names and as a result spend there time discussing the game and the action instead of wasting all their time working out which numbers match which oppositions names! I thought Owen was great that period. Had a sense of urgency in his voice that makes it really tense listening. Oh,and '.....Beauregard took his eye off the puck.....'. ;D |

Haha i also picked up on that Stef, it made me chuckle. Excellent job by the bbc so far but wouldnt trade the live pictures!

second glass of wine - preparing a health and safety powerpoint pres and its getting dodgier the more i listen and the more i drink! Forget the Powerpoint presentation. Drink more wine. Book some tickets for an Ice Hockey game.......and take your audience and demonstrate that this is where H&S ends and entertainment (and real life) begins. |

For those with the webcast who want radio nottm Commentary.... If you have a radio with a lead to go into your PC, you can add 6 second delay and turn the sound down on the webcast using this software www.daansystems.com/radiodelay/ |
