Yeah, it's not exactly uncommon. Most players maybe feel tired a bit quicker, but it shouldn't be a problem if the team in question can roll 3 or 4 solid lines.

If Gary wants to start charging amateur level admission prices, I'll be happy for them to all roll in 10 minutes before warm-up.

As you say Steelers players; and the rest of the elite league teams are likely to have players who did the same thing. I am wondering what the Belfast fans are thinking, after their home defeat to Braehead... Braehead should be very proud of already having beaten 3 of the top 4 in their own rinks this season; meanwhile the Panthers only have one league win thus far from away trips to Steelers & Belfast; and I doubt we will add to that this season!

Allegedly... Bellamy, Ryan and Zion. And I've heard a rumour tonight that they're all looking for new jobs.

This whole thing is ridiculous! Panthers don't dictate what these guys can and can't do in their own time! And neither should they, I'm sure people on here have gone away then returned the day before or the same day they head back to work. Why shouldn't they be allowed to see family at xmas...
Its up to them. Nothing to do with us fans at all!

If this is true, we got everything we deserved in the last 2 games.

Totally agree with you Pidge.
There are thousands of people who have to be away from their family at Christmas, and there is no way players should have been allowed to fly in on the day, and be driven straight to the game.
Very unprofessional!

For players to arrive on a trans-atlantic flight on the day of a game after no training for a week is amatuer hour, and it's a kick in the teeth to those of us who shell out the money to watch this team perform.

Its all allegedly, that's why is it a rumour. And maybe Ryan was trying to prove that he actually wants to be at the club. I for one would only want to see the back of zion.

What more can you expect when we have a coach who can't discipline himself.
You can't then expect the players to have any discipline either!!!

Bellamy was the inport sitting out last night - any reason for that? Back ache after being sat on a plane for eight hours twice in one week.
