well have to say after the performances in the recent weekends. I am a bit concerned. if we can keep cool and stop taking stupid soft pens we should take this one esecially after our win over them in the nic. my biggest concern is mcmorrow if he starts his stupid bully boy tactics with bergin again someone could get seriously hurt. guess time will tell. from what i have seen i think d'amour is a far better match for him. after the pasting he gave cov the other sunday ( cant remember who he fought ) all respect for bergn but really dont want to see him get hurt.... panthers to win 5-3 eng to seal it

Neither are a good match up, best avoid and hope for protection from the ref. That's the bed we've made.

Well McMorrow was telling everyone at the fans meet & greet that he asked Bergin for a fight and offered him a fight in Belfast as a sweetner, ie "if you give me one here i'll give you one in Belfast" somehow i don't see Bergin cashing in that voucher.
As for the game well we are at home so lets hope that can swing things in our favour, Thornton has talked about about how are special teams have been poor of late but they have been working on it. We seem to have a bit of form so hopefully that carry's on and with a new player in the line up keen to impress we should have enough to nick the 2 points.
With this new player we have 11 imports so Thornton is going to rest up, not sure if he's the one to be benched as other top line players have underperformed but he's the coach so will have to trust his judgement.
Is there many fans making the trip over?

McMorrow will have a good chance of hurting him.... Its not just McMorrow they, they got whatsis name... Swez? Should be one of the tougher tests for us and a must win to keep that lead over them.

I think we will take this one.. We have won are last 4 games on the trot and have just brought in a top class player in Szwez.. I see it being a very physical game, and I think McMorrow and Szwez will both be throwing themselves about, so D'Amour and Bergin will probable have to drop them in this game..
Big test for both teams this.. I'm going for a Giants win 4.2

Could it be down to fact that whoever does has to answer to McMorrow. Therefore his presence alone keeps other teams honest, he is doing his job, and doing it well IMO.

Therefore his presence alone keeps other teams honest, he is doing his job, and doing it well IMO.

Last week we lost the game that needed winning and then took the CC game that meant less to us of the two. This week ,if Ihad to pick,we need to take the former game hopefully.
