Good news for us. But I bet we start hearing howls of protest from various places outside of Nottingham, accusations of 'buying the league', complaints about manipulating rules changes etc...

man i really cant wait to see jomo back. by far my favorite player last season and was really dissapointed when i missed his return earlier this season. bring it on. however i stand by my previous comments. would rather a healthy team leaving on sunday than a winning one. ( both would be great )

And of course should anyone else pull a stunt like this the cage would nod in approval. Meh, bring him in.. its not like the Panthers havent pulled a stunt like this before and come up with nothing. Though is it worth it for the Knock Out Cup? Really?

This is a very good move by us, I felt before this news that if one person would struggle with the 4 on 4 format it would be Kev.
Johan is ideal for this type of game, open, very good two way player, this makes us even stronger.
welcome back Jomo

One wonders what the Steelers fans think of this? Some over on Steel Bleat, who completely fail to understand how the rules work, have already accused Panthers of holding on to his ITC to stop any other team signing, completely ignoring the fact of course that he has quit full time hockey!

Liking this - might even last minute change my mind and go!
Jomo was made for this kind of game;
Lots of open ice - fast, hard to hit and plays both ways very well!
Pantehrs for the WIN! Jomo for MOM ;P

It is actually quiet funny to read. Give stewart his due he fully underatnds ITCs but most of them havnt got a clue, In fact one poster keeps insisting us using JoMo is 'shady' ;D ;D HL

Now I missed him playing at the beginning of the season and any resulting discussion...
but im curious.... what exactly has changed because im sure we couldnt drop imports in and out like this last season?
Im assuming it is all above board or we couldnt be so blatently getting away with it... and that means there is nothing to stop any other clubs doing the same..... surely?

Theres no rule for a certain player to play a minimum of 6 games anymore.
we could if we could afford it have a roster of 20 imports and keep rotating players in and out when players lose form, its a far better way than it used to be.
Don t worry , sunday won t be the last time you see Molin in a panthers jersey again too

HL - Aye, that chap sure likes the word 'shady'.
Still, it makes a change from them all saying "if only Finnerty was still here......"

i can t get my head round it, whats shady ? Apparently the 'fact' Panthers are holding onto Molin's ITC (even though, as explained by 'Stewart' its held by IHUK) so that no one else in the EIHL can sign a player who has quit full time hockey. If only Finnerty was still at Shuff eh?

Seeing as the ITC rule still stands and we are only allowed 15 per season.
