It seems like it was well kept, even Bergy said he couldn't wait to be back with his line mates on Radio Nottigham power play on Saturday evening.
Or the real reason, as it was Coventry, the return of the TEAM HOLLYWOOD white boots. ;D

with the new rules i thought we could have as many on the payroll as we like so long as we ice the regulation numbers?
Not sure how the GM might feel about that though
No matter what he looked happy to be home and to me the guy is the icing on our cake!

Bergy said that Molin was supposed to fly home on Thurs but was then told he was playing, last years sponsors of Molin had to go and fetch his white skates which he gave to them. He is flying home on Monday and Bergy will be back, they just didn't want to risk Kevin. Apparently Johan does not have a team this year either something to do with being nearer home for the eldest child to go to school and no one picking him up yet, must say he has kept himself in good shape and a real nice surprise to see him tonight. Good Luck Johan and thanks.

Wow! I think and hope the Panthers will be thanking that man for some time to come!
Early doors but that game I think could be a telling point

He is flying home on Monday and Bergy will be back, they just didn't want to risk Kevin. I hope that's not true, because that would leave us an import short for a couple of weeks, would it not? AFAIK, the only way that Molin could play tonight instead of Bergin is if the latter was deregistered... and isn't that a minimum period of 6 games? If Molin does depart the country on Monday, then that would leave us short for 4 more games (assuming he plays in Newcastle tomorow). Not good... But wasn't it great to see him back on the ice? And you couldn't have scripted a better result... Johan comes out of nowhere to rejoin the roster, and only goes and gets the game-winning goal! Beautiful stuff... ;D

Not sure you are correct Shaggy.
I think the clubs agreed to a new maximum of ten import (ITC) players per roster on any given game night, but you can have more than 10 on the roster.
So the process of de-registering a player does not apply.

I think they have changed the rules for the better. That de-registering rule was daft, esp now we are down to 8 strong teams. Credit where it is due, well done EIHL. Seeing Molin in warmup, having heard nothing about this before hand, I thought I was seeing things. I thought it was Neil, as he has his helmet on, until he turned around. What a nice surprise. thanks JoMo...

Did Molin just happen to be over here on holiday then? Was he always an option for us, seeing as his shirt was ready with his name on. P.S. tim, you haven't had your hair cut. Whoever 'cut' it for you missed a load. Did they charge you half price, as they left half of your hair on.

Tis true the re registration rule no longer applies.
I find it strange he ll only be here for the weekend, I could see us rotating 11 imports tbh , like what the giants do.
A shirt would not get made up for 2 games surely, he d wear a blood shirt if that was the case.
When i was told he was warming up, i thought i was dreaming lol

Forget about de-registering. It is no longer necessary. The rules were changed in April as follows ..... In thethread discussing this it was assumed that the season limit for ITC players would remain at fifteen, but all 15 could be signed on at one time, but only 10 imports could be named on the game sheet.
