Beat Coventry and Sheffield all you like, but if we persist in losing to Basingstoke and Manchester we won't win ****.

I think we've blown it now, unfortunately. Not yet, there is still time, but I think we will need a certain team, to trip up on a few odd games, like we seem to be doing. And for the Panthers to pull their collective socks up, and stop losing silly games. Granted they were short manned tonight, and it would help the team if the player/coach led by example, and stopped picking up penalties.

Upshall surely you dont rate basingstoke and mancs as the same in quality has basingstoke got a beuregard or hand then! Check the table? As for the league gone it has been gone every weekend it appears yet we still want the guys to try and win it, think we need to practice what we preach, until we cannot catch them mathematically why be so defeatist, get behind them had a pretty good run lately!

No LeClair tonight so I hear...anyone know why?
Por poor result - although Galbraith's disallowed goal would've put us 2-0 up at the time...

you have to admit it looks doubtful, when you add the points we should have won, we would be up there now. So on the assumption we should not give up, look how far ahead of Sheffield we would be if we had not been losing these types of games to the lower league teams....

Bum.
Don't know why people seem to dismiss Manchester... they're dangerous - what team wouldn't be with Hand and Beauregard?
As for the league already being lost? Oh, please... there are still over 20 games to go yet. Anything can happen... a philosophy that I've held to ever since my first season (1999-00) when the Bracknell Bees came out of nowhere to win the league at the last minute.
Or to use a film quote (The Untouchables) - "Never stop fighting until the fight is done".

It does look doubtful, but for however long we are in with a shout of winning it, i ll still be right behind supporting the team

Yeah, but we seem to have taken boxing gloves to a gunfight! ;D or to use another film quote, 'bring a knife to a gun fight' you know its funny, i get slated for holding a negative opinion of Michel Robinson, yet you lot are damning this team before the fight is over. is this fickle game that we all love, we know that leagues can be won and lost in heartbeats, so why are you all so quick to condemn our team. to quote oldman, some you win, some you lose. it'll happen and we have to take the highs with the lows (and any other cliche's i can think of). atleast the team havent abandoned all hope like alot of you have. *edit* i dont strictly have a negative opinion of Robinson, like i have said before, he is effective, i just dont like his style of play.

But this is how I believe people feel about how its working out for Panthers. flip how you are feeling about Robinson and see its not people getting at the team and being negative as such but are annoyed with how it is turning out. We need to be winning a few on the trot, not hit and miss giving the opposition chances to run away with the League.
