Slightly irrelavent but how's Michel Robinson doing in net? I remember seeing him in Road Hogs The Movie (with Nath really oversold at the time, but in fairness was pretty good) along with Steve Pelletier.
I saw the front cover of last weeks Powerplay and remember thinking 'I know that guy from somewhere'.
Good? Yay or nay?

I have to say when I first seen Michel play I was not that impressed with him but he stood on his head on Sunday night against the Vipers and if he continues to play like that for the rest of the season then I for one will be a very happy Caps fan.
To everyone who is coming up at the weekend, have a safe trip up to Bonny Scotland and lets hope we have two great games of hockey.

To be fair there were a few few who were critical of JF this time last year but he turned out alright.

I really wanted to make the Caps weekend this year. However with it being the same weekend as the nhl premiere it was a no brainer, the Nhl wins everytime. So i'm off to prague on Friday ;D I imagine there will be quite a panthers following though this weekend. We always take a decent crowd to caps games considering how far away it is.

Robinson has been excellent so far only negative is him coming way out his net to play the puck. He gifted Newcastle a couple of goals on sunday, but he was the main reason for a one goal game in Belfast on Saturday made some outstanding saves. He is the best goalie i have seen so far this season

The Caps goalie is an ex-team mate of Pelts. He was the starting goalie for the Rockford Icehogs on that DVD they made about being on the road. Thought I knew the name from somewhere. He was called up to the AHL, thought I knew the name from somewhere.

How cold is the rink, as I am a first timer to Edinburgh, but seem to remember people saying it is pretty chilly watching the hockey at the Murrayfield Ice Rink. Also best places to eat / drink? Cost of beer at the rink? Thanks Nick

AS for the rink, it does tend to be cold but if there are alot of you coming up then it might not be as cold as it normally is. I don't know about the price of the beer at the rink as I am not a beer drinker.
