I personally can't stand having to do anything on days off at Christmas. It should all be about eating/drinking too much and staying at home where being beaten by the Steelers couldn't be futher from my mind.

Blinking hell. at least the roads will be quiet. I really enjoyed the coventry game last year. Probably cause it was at home and a great game.

How can either Shuff or Nottingham guarantee that the Arenas will be avilable those days in 2009. Fixtures cant even be guaranteed this september HL

I can't see anyone booking to do a concert on boxing day, so it's probably one of the few days the arenas love ice hockey.

Im glad about that but i just hope the usual boxing day result doesnt happen! We did manage to flip the trend last time. In fact that turned out to be our last league win against them until the 6-1 game in February.

I'm looking forward to it, probably won't be going but I'll be at the home match the day after. Just hope the buses are running normally on the day after boxing day!

That was a couple of weeks before Christmas although if I remember rightly we went up there and beat them again on Boxing Day.
