Linky ThingNot sure what I'd think of us sharing with the rugby club. If it earns us a few extra bob I don't see the problem, just as long as the pitch isn't affected substantially. Not that we use the pitch that much at the moment.

Just about everybody is above Notts!
It makes sense and gives Notts the option to sell a 50% share in Meadow Lane to NRC sometime in the future.

I guess it would be a good thing to let Rugby be at Meadow Lane. Be a good thing for Notts and them.

Because we lease it from the council for a nominal annual fee (like Forest do with the City Ground) and as long as football is played on the site and a stadium of at least a 10,000 capacity is maintained we can do what ever we like on the site for the next 147 years.

From a selfish point of view, I really hope this happens. It'd make getting to games a damn site easier for me. It sounds like it'd be of benefit to both clubs concerned. Fingers crossed.
