I thought I'd do a poll to see who'd people would pick if they could pick anybody.

I've voted for Wenger. The man's record is amazing when you think he's spent £60m net in 10 years. And they've done it playing the best football around.
It was fitting that Sir Brian's last ever interview was praising Wenger and his Invincibles.

Agree wholeheartedly with Sunbeam on this one.
He has experience, a proven track record, is articulate with the media and can handle the big players' egos.
I don't think he is ready (in himself) to take the job on yet,though reading between the lines he is refusing to totally rule himself out for ever.
