Your asking 2 seperate questions here BBT. The best & favourite. I dunno if he's the best, but he certainly isn't the worst...but my fave has to be #16 Brian McGrattan

I always liked Ken Baumgartner as he was tough & fair. Great team guy too by all accounts.
Domi (while a complete gobs##t) was a great enforcer as not only could he fight, he also put points on the board.

Best - Laraque
My fave is Ian Laperierre: Not big but will fight any heavyweight.

Laraque is certainly the best fighter, no doubt hes the champ but as far as best enforcer i doubt it, i feel he often doesnt fight when the team needs him to. i dont watch enough of the league to say whos the best enforcer but ive always like Brash, Laraque and Orr

Probert without a doubt, 62 points in 74 games and 398 PiMs is something I don't think will ever happen again.
74 29 33 62 398

Gotta be Ray Emery!! That fight he has with Peter's is awesome!! On a serious note though... Laraque is the daddy imo!!

My favourite one at the minute is Derek Boogard(sp).
Of all time has to be Tie Domi.

surelly this post must be put on the amnesia lane link, as fights and i think enforcers are a dying breed.
But back to the question big george but i think emery can handle himself if need be!!

Enforcers and fighting will always be a part of hockey no matter how many anti fighting lovers whinge and moan, old time hockey will always be alive somewhere in the hockey world and no matter what anyone says that is what the majority of hockey fans want to see.
take fighting out of hockey and see what happens because if anyone seriously thinks cheap shots will go down they need to play the game
