How should a helmet fit? for example how should it fit over the ear's? and how far over the back of the head should it be, sorry this isnt to clear but hope you can help.

Go and try one on and make sure its comfy more then anything and fits snuggly.

mine fits comfy but just not sure if its going to help me, my ears feel a wee bit exposed :/

Mine came with ear protectors. Didn't yours???
Your helmet should stay on your head. Sounds stupid, but my old one kept coming down over my eyes, even with a bandana on.

go to puck stop.... they will tell you and get the best size. most are adjustable to a degree anyway.

mine fits comfy but just not sure if its going to help me, my ears feel a wee bit exposed :/ There should be a plastic ear guard on the helmet, what make an model helmet do you have?

lol. i mean that the bits either side of my ears dont come very far at all, even with the ear pieces in only half my ear is covered, cant hear anything with them on,lol.
