Anyone else used the on-line method for buying merchandise yet?
How long did you have to wait before receiving the goods?

The site SHOULD say ''Allow 28 days for delivery' but apparently it got left off by accident.

It took a good 28 days when I ordered a raincoat some weeks back. I got acknowledgement from Paypal but nothing from the supplier.
I e-mailed them and got no reply so eventually rang them and was told they would check on my order and get back to me. I got an e-mail within 24 hours pointing out that 28 days had to be allowed for delivery, and that my order would be dispatched shortly. Which it was.
Communication seems to be problem for a lot of small British companies. An e-mail to acknowledge your order doesn't take much doing but is so often lacking. Quite a contrast to N America where the ethic is very different.
