I think this is a good move by bison because even through their money troubles this season they have really progressed in terms of ability even if it doesn't show on the league table.

So how exactly are you measuring ability Spike if it isnt in the league position?

Well at least they arent going to fold and have the usual 'Will Bison drop down to the EPL' like happens every season, their crowds are highest they've been during the Elite League which can only be a positive.

So how exactly are you measuring ability Spike if it isnt in the league position? In terms of lack of money. Playing alot of the season with 7 or 8 imports because they can't afford anyone else. Cruickshank helping them out on what i've heard on a very low wage for what he's actually worth, which is very unlike sportsmen who go chasing the money like a certain mr. te$$ier. I think on their roster they are very capable of being much higher in the league than they actually are. Players like thornton, owen, cruickshank, d.campbell. Along with other key team player like cruikshank, braff, chambers and vychodil.

Technicaly we didn't as the players were not paid! Trying to punch above their weight or trying to keep up with the perennial over-spenders (and underachievers) from just south of Sheffield?

He's done a good job in difficult circumstances so it's very much deserved.
We've won three trophies in five Elite seasons, considerably better than your wooden spoon

Take out the word 'underachievers' and you just described Coventry to a tee Mike.
