What if said person who won it was a rec player. Under rec rules, players who have registered for a professional team, ENIHL and above, cannot play rec again for the remainder of that season. It doesnt matter how good you are, as I discovered when trying to put a new uni team together (all my players got signed to an ENIHL team - just to make up numbers!)
Incidentally, here's an idea. We have a Cageforum raffle - £5 each say. We then bid as a consortium for this prize. If we win - we have a raffle to see who goes forward. If we lose, well we can get our money back (or donate to charity). Who'd be up for that???

Who'd be up for that??? theres ways round it theres a couple of players playing rec who have played for ENL teams last season who have been given permision to play rec this year.

That'll be an idea, for an opposing fan to be on the bench as a blaze player. You could keep chucking a water bottle on the ice during the game, pick up 2 mins for each offence and keep them short handed all game. Or is that not entering into the spirit of things.
