It's been faulty since Friday!!!!
I rang the NIC box office on their 0115 number and reported it as the 0870 number weren't interested. She said their IT people would look at it but they obviously havene't.
All blocks are listed but whatver block you chhose it DEFAULTS IN ERROR to the lowest number block in that category e.g for gold 5 and 15 you get block 5 always.....for bronze you always get offered block 8 whichever block you choose.
Someone will buy the wrong block by mistake soon.....I suggest you phone the Arena number and tell them it was reported last Friday!!
Cheers dave

I tried calling today, they are having server problems apparently, it is due up at 6pm but don't rely on that! The number I called was 0870 1210123 but I think I am going to go down in person just to be on the safe side.

Call them direct - the number you're phoning is the ticket number but it's seetickets and they won't want to know. If you phone the Arena Box office direct on 0115 853 3002 they will sell you tickets as there is a fault and you won't pay a £1.50 booking charge there, it's only £1 credit card or 50p debit card.

System is now back up. (as of 4.00pm) System may be back up but there is still the same fault where any entry for a block defaults to the lower numbered block in either bronze, silver or gold as I described eearlier and so did Higgy. I've got my tickets through the 0115 number I posted earlier, try there if anyone has a problem on the internet as I did last Friday.

The system has been down for two days, they were spending today trying to get on top of the back log! I too though went on the internet and no matter where I tried to get tickets in SIlver block 8 came up but then in Bronze the correct blocks were coming up! Think they already know all the problems though, if people keep ringing the box office it's going to seriously stress them out if they have a huge backlog! It's the IT boys that need to be on the case!

aye the box office already know all the problems so its no good ringing and ringing and wingeing and wingeing
if you go to the box office personally they give you a hand written recipt and take your phone number and they ring you as soon as they have managed to prints the tickets off

I normally the use the 0115 number.
I phoned the other one just to check what blocks Panthers had for the Playoffs, and they didn't even know what the event was, let alone the block allocations.

At this stage I have a Block 5 N8 ticket as I overbooked.So I have a ticket spare. I am in H 20/21.
If things change regards people going I may sit in N8 and have two available in H IF at late notice anyone wants those.

i reckon the corner blocks are the best view anyway Higgy. We always sit in 8...or 9 if the sponsors fill 8.

Think the IT boys are a little slow on this.....
As well as the playoff game v Sheffield, the fault also applies to the playoff weekend Sat and Sun if booking on the net. here all the blocks are priced the same and whatever block you enter the number of tickets against, the seats offered are always in block1 !!!!!!
Before anyone says they can't see any playoff weekend games listed. they are under "concerts" not "ice hockey"...that's where the link from the Elite league site takes you...
Clever stuff, eh???...sorry, but as an old-un, I ain't too impressed sometimes by modern methods and logic.......and I will ring 1115 numbers (free for me with BT) instead of expensive 0870 numbers whilst they can't sort it. The person on the 0115 number was fine about it.
