Hi all
As for someone who has been going over 20 year's I am writing this in the hope that someone in the club and especially the arena will read.
A good game/experience is value for money and to be quite honest over the last number of years it is just a rip off.
What's even more noticeable this year so far is that you have loads of staff at the concessions that are standing around idling due to no one wanting to spend or to put bluntly be ripped off.
Also one for OP. why not do something really useful with non ST games, if you want the place to a be morgue then your going the right way
Imo please think about the following
The non ST games have to be considerably cheaper especially for dead rubber CC games
The additional fees are a real deal breaker- get rid of them or significantly reduce and people will return
Prices for concessions - get a grip, there is a cost of living crisis, make it attractive and people might spend.
These comments are from a customer who has put a lot of money into this club/arena over the years but can honestly say over the more recent years all I have spent is the money for the ST and nothing else.
Would like to think I'm a passionate fan but not a stupid one!

Can I suggest that anyone who has constructive feedback to give to the club they send an email to info@panthers.co.uk please, it's much better that the club receives such correspondence directly.

I tried this a few months ago, i was careful to not make it a moan fest and try to give reason to my thoughts - I’m still waiting for a reply, even a simple “thank you for your email” would have been a fair response for me. I have decided to go to fewer matches than planned due to the lack of reply.

Panthers have a “fan liaison officer”, it’s about time that person started doing their job. This is one of the problems with the club, anything they don’t like they either ignore it or try to hide it by wanting to go private. That mentality still hasn’t changed for years,do your job in the first place and you wouldn’t have to try and hide it !

My three unanswered contacts via three different sources only had people ask why I didn’t try a fourth. But it’s the same elsewhere, not all clubs but some and the Elite also.

I had a winge on X about the ticket prices at the start of the season Jono. The person running the account said they would feed back my comments regarding prices being too high. I don't expect the prices to come down though as that would mean admitting they got it wrong. After having a ST since 2008-09 I have yet to watch a game so far this season and if I'm being honest, I won't attend if they don't bring the price down. Judging by how empty the arena has looked, I don't think I'm on my own in that opinion either.
