Amazes me that some fans will literally moan about anything

I too find our late evening news releases mildly annoying, but last time it was discussed... There's many things wrong with the organization but scheduled press announcements isn't one of them ! How times change.

How times change. Well technically that's not what I was getting at it's the build up to signings not time of day .. but my point applies to any time of the day.. just announce a signing as it's clearly a done deal.. much like Guildford do with minimum fuss... So yet again you are waaayyy off the mark yotes

You clearly say there's nothing wrong with scheduled press releases. So you want them to wait til the evening, but not tell anyone they've got anything to announce?

Don't see an issue with this TBH. They make an announcement to say they'll reveal at 7pm, they'll put out a gif around 6:50pm, and then will release it at 7pm. Hardly a big tease or overegging anything. Called it:

Bloody Panthers, being open, transparent and communicating a time we’ll in advance to drive people to their social media and website which in turn get supporters talking and creates anticipation. These classic and effective marketing techniques just simply won’t do….
Yes, the above is dripping heavily in sarcasm!

Happy with that. Nothing to scream and shout about, but I would have liked him back so I'm glad Gary and Omar got the job done.

Is he a player the likes of devils and Belfast would have like to have signed? Not a negative just general question?

Is he a player the likes of devils and Belfast would have like to have signed? Not a negative just general question? A solid ECHL player, pretty much a standard level of signing for every team in the league. So yes.

Infantile isn’t it!? Must be Lacho. NUMBER 7! I wish Dan Kerry would grow up! Guess he should have gone for 7.13pm then for J.C?

Last years team was a carr crash, but it's easy to write every single player off when it's that bad. The reality is though there was a few players that did stand out and with a better structured team will do really well. JC is one of those players. Probably top of that list. Our D was too small and too lightweight last season. Upgrade the rest and get the balance correct and JC will play than transition Dman perfectly whilst others do the stay at home. With a better team he could easily do the Werner role.
I think we can probably afford 1 more import forward back, perhaps 2. Again though that relies on upgrading above them. Boivin for example would look good on the 3rd line with a set of upgrades making up the top 2 with Welsh and Fererra.

Glad Brassard is coming back, I think he’s going to have to be a bit more cautious defensively next season but he’s great in transition and he was quality on the point for the 1st PP unit once he built some chemistry with Welsh and Boivin. I like that he always gives his appreciation to the fans after the games to, that goes a long way with the younger supporters.

Personally, I’d be happy to see Boivin as 2nd LW, play him with Welsh and Ferrara. Sign a 3rd line that’ll cause chaos and make opposition defences suffer.

With 4 propper lines again though the 4th line could become a grind line. Cam Janssen largely played 4th line. Depends how you want to balance the lines and trust the Brits I guess. Our best 3rd lines have been when they provided scoring. Usually small and quick. Lacho Galivan Francis for example

Guess he should have gone for 7.13pm then for J.C? 13:00 surely? Was tempting but they're clearly not working on 24hr clock and can you imagine the problems then if they re-signed Boivin! We'd need a for day countdown to get to 94pm 😃

Glad I was wrong, but would still bet my feather duster Lacho will be back! We’ll have to see, according to the man himself he’s been offered more money to stay in Guildford even tho Panthers have been talking to him since Wallace left.
