On the subject is there a better offensive d man than Olsen in our league? Yes several. O’Connor for one.....he’s got 2 more points than Olsen in 14 less league games ! Olsen has played 21 games and O’Connor only 7 games yet O’Connor has more points. 😳 Problem is clue is in the title you need to be mindful in your own zone as well and O Connor is pretty hopeless in that department!

They’re talking offensive Dman. O’Connor was Steelers top points scorer last season, pretty damn good for a Dman. Personally I’d take Fournier over both of them, but if you’re talking points scoring then O’Connor wins by a mile. That Calle Ackered at MK ain’t bad either or Josh Roach at Belfast.

(Hense winning 6 Norris's) but he could still defend Iggy!! Sane here .. devils fans want Olsen then it tells you they think he could improve their already impressive team

In terms of an all rounder Olsen is one of the best. Fournier is the only one i think may be better or as good imo. Guys like O'Connor, Ackered etc may score more points but they don't have as much to their overall game.
After all Olsen played 124 NHL and 222 AHL games. O'Connor flopped at the second tier of Swedish hockey so i think that is an indicator of who is the better player

Mind you, Davey Phillips, -11. Ouch. Giants' Josh Roach leads the league in his first pro season, +15 so far (tied with Darcy Murphy).

We only got him here due to friendly connections with Rich.

Makes sense. They need a n/m, with the injuries we've got we can put Munson on the bench until we have a full quota of outskaters.

Yep me too. Local(ish) too, and I like that we get first dibs with him and Hazeldine unlike previous seasons' 2-ways.

Few players moved about today
MK have signed a D man
Storm move a player out and brought a new player in
I’m sure someone will do the links in due course

Unless it's a very good uni deal or unusually good pay this is going to happen now. The days of old crocks over here for a holiday are now gone and hopefully those with long term injury issues will be gone now too.

Zagreb in dire financial straits apparently. I've seen a tweet saying all of their players are basically free to look for other clubs
