News rushed out early for obvious reasons. I would think this was being held back to sell dead rubber tickets later in the week

6'7" ex-KHL stay-at-home d-man is exactly what the doctor ordered. I did mention on the Giants thread that this run has coincided with Kalus arriving.

Looks decent to me, hopefully his temper will have calmed with his age. He's what we've been missing in that department anyway and should help balance the D out. Just need to sort some kind of scoring threat out now.

Well on paper this is one step in the right direction. Still think we need a playmaker. Im assuming lindhagen is going up front now.

Right then this is good news, this guy looks to have a brilliant resume, hopefully he impresses and is rewarded with a permanent contract. Evens the defence out well, does it indicate that Waugh is out for some time though?
It will give us a headache in terms of who we drop though when everyone is fit but that is also a good thing, hopefully the rot is removed from this point on

Looks a good designing, as long as he hits whatever crosses that blue line I'll be happy. I don't want him trying to be offensive we need to keep solid at the back.
Can see why Kalus got the chop he hasn't really added much since his arrival unfortunately.

Assume Kalus was on a 1 month deal.
Kudroc looks solid, happy with the signing but at 35 years old and 6'7".. I'd take it that speed and agility is non existent. Temper issues also, hopefully he can control them and isn't the new Henley. He will do a solid job if he can clear the screens out, far too many goals have been conceded from opposition players screening Miika and tipping the puck in. Hopefully this puts an end to that. He'll be another deterrent along with McGrattan, not many will want to deal with him.

Decent signing.
Hopefully just the start.
Squad needs an overhaul and quickly if we are to resurrect our league campaign.

I'll wait and see.
"Sometimes he overrates his own offensive ability, which causes turn-overs." *shudder* feels like Steve Pelletier has just spin-deked on my grave.
Why did he miss a year?

Yotes there's a YouTube video ( 2yrs ago) Showing him being boarded and carried off the ice , looks like that's the season he missed. Shoulder injury?

And only played 22 games last season and only half the games that his team has played this year. (Don't know if that because he signed late or has been injured/scratched)
Either way he CV looks like he should be a good addition to our defensive and aggressiveness as a team, but also he looks like he could be a typical panthers signing (Basically injury prone)

Seen him play a fair amount early in his career, not brittle in the slightest. I don't know how you think it's typical considering you absolutely no facts to suggest so. Would you rather a standard 5'11 left shot playing mid league ECHL standard? Seriously, we sign people with okay resumes people complain, we sign players from high standard leagues people still complain. I get the grief when they under perform or come with bad rep but in this case nobody can say anything for certain.

Serious head injury I believe, likely a severe concussion. Hopefully he hasn't done a Lee and lost like half of what he bought to the team because of it!

His resume reads like a cross between Brent Henley and Martin Tuma. Just hope he doesn't drive himself over here !
