Agreed, spoke to him last night and is clearly delighted. said his English wasn't brilliant but is learning all the bad language first.

Is there any official news on the injuries?
It seems to me, if it's the case he's out for a month and/or a recurrence of the injury from last season, the Schultz should probably be looking to either take a season out or call it a day (not that I want him to of course, he's been in scintillating form this season)!
Good to see Kalus back anyway, he was a rare gem from that season. I have heard rumours of him being a nuisance or bad egg so would hope they're false.

Kalus was a bit of a do it all yourself player from what I recall. Very good on the puck but less involved in the general team play. Genuine ppg threat though, which is what is needed at the mo.

Definitely a very good individual player a few season ago but that may be an area he's worked on, imo though with us being all on with team defence a player like Kalus could be the piece we need to take games over in big games. His puck possession game was outstanding the more he can pin teams in the better.

How is Lawrence out for 2 and 4 weeks at the same time? Error on my part, typed too quickly for my mind to keep up so mixed the names up. Larry for 2, Schultz for 4. Edited the original post so it's clear now, apologise though! I completely understood 2 and 4 respectably as 2 Lawrence and 4 Schmidt ......

Back in the land of living after having flu for a week and this is absolutely great news! Need to stop too many points slipping away while we get players fit and back again and Kalus should be a real help with that. Love to see him stay and see the season out but I guess we will have to wait and see.

Love to see him stay and see the season out but I guess we will have to wait and see. I believe he is here for the season. Corey said in an interview somewhere that when everybody is back fit it puts pressure on to perform. And if people arn't in form it gives him options.

I thought he did well last night, slotted straight in to the team. A good pick up imo.
