Panthers ST Holders get priority over their seats too.
Looking forward to it, should be brilliant seeing the Norwegians but i can't see GB taking it too seriously with players wanting to preserve their health for the league.

Good to see them getting a test against one of the bigger boys, instead of the usual game with the Dutch or the Poles.
Hopefully some sensible pricing and a big crowd.

Nice fixture, but this should be £10 per ticket max.
Any more than that and i for one certainly wouldn't bother going.

Well its a lot better than having the fixture changed because some boy band have extended their tour. Personally I am looking forward to this I don't think either side will be playing a full strength team but it should be a great game none the less. Just as long as we don't get too badly beaten I think this can only help the GB team get better.

Looks like the unnecessary jibe at the club went unsupported BigLad. This is another step in the right direction to getting GB up the world rankings, and ultimately into the Olympics.

Norway would have 2 NHL'ers, 7 SHL'ers, 1 KHL'er, 1 DEL'er and 10/11 GET-ligaen's if they iced their full strength roster.
They will very much likely be icing a significantly weakened team. NHL, KHL, SHL & DEL won't allow their players to leave during the season for a International Warm-Up Game. A lot of the players playing in Norway play for Stavanger too so they'd be significantly weakened if those players joined up with the International Team, again, something i'd doubt they'd allow or be too happy to allow.
I think we'll essentially see the Norway B or C team.
I won't be overly annoyed if they don't but i'd hope any initially selected Panthers players take their time in deciding whether or not to play or to pull out.

Who cares whether it's a Tuesday night in November or a Wednesday night in January against Storm? 🙄

I think you missed the point.
It is important for some people and panthers have put this important information in the middle of an article that not the whole fanbase would read.

If you have not read this article in full, or even seen it, you are more than likely to be the type of fan who will only buy game tickets a week in advance, therefore the fixture list will tell you all you need to know.

Panthers have dropped Storm right in it with the revised fixture, a sixth game in nine days including a Scottish triple header and a second trip up to Edinburgh. Surely a more suitable date could have been found.

I disagree, I have a ST and haven't read this article. A article of its own would have been better IMO.

If big lad hadn't pointed it out, no way I'd have known because it was that obscure in an article I didn't really care about. My dad is a ST holder and there's no way he'd have seen it (probably still hasn't to be honest!)

How is it an "unnecessary jibe"? To have one line about a fixture change right in the middle of an article not related to either the Panthers OR the Storm is shocking. There are plenty who don't really care about Team GB who wouldn't have read the article and have missed it! A simple separate article stating that there would be a change in fixtures because of the GB game is not hard to do. I'm not one of these who is consistently negative about the team, but in this case, communication is wee wee poor!

Me too,I read everything EIHL,but only read the first couple of lines of this article then gave up reading because it was GB which doesn't interest me much. It should have been kept separate.

If you have not read this article in full, or even seen it, you are more than likely to be the type of fan who will only buy game tickets a week in advance, therefore the fixture list will tell you all you need to know. And maybe some of us, those who work in the emergency services, and are therefore prone to having rest days cancelled at short notice, cannot unfortunately have a season ticket & are reliant on buying "game tickets a week in advance." Personally I gave the article a brief scan but it actually didn't register with me that the Storm fixture would end up being altered to cater for a GB game, that I personally, have zero interest in attending. As others have said, a separate article would, or should, have been more than possible, especially given the oft pointless articles that end up on the official site. Your post was rather priggish & unnecessary in all honesty.
