We have 2 all star teams announced at the end of the season but I feel that's abit weak. I'd like to see an all star weekend or even just one day over a weekend. Could have a skills competition with fastest skater, agility, penalty shots etc in the afternoon then have a 3 on 3 short game. Think it's something that would be fun and add an extra element to the EIHL.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the 1st and 2nd 'all-star' teams at the end of the season has been done since 2012.
Also there was a proper All-star game a few years ago too... Think it was a bit of a flop (at the Coventry skydome).

I'm not sure that we really have the setup in this country to do a 'proper' All-Star game, much less a weekend (although it's usually fun to have hardest shot, fastest skater, etc competitions)... and there really doesn't seem to be the interest in the fanbase either.
If there was going to be an All-Stars event... I'd rather they did one or more games of the GB squad against imports, and preferably not just in the same rink every time. Give the GB squad some valuable preparation, and also let the fans see them (which very rarely happens).
