Maybe we could get Jono to ask the the catswhiskers team if they think travel as a points value. if you think travel as a points value, what do you think it is? I would say maybe 3 or 4 points over a season. Realistically what would yesterday have cost them to go a day early......15 rooms and an extra day for the coach drivers. So about £1300.00 approx ? That's peanuts to Panthers. Half a dozen game worn shirts or 100 match tickets !

At the end of the season when it seems to be in desperation the team do travel up the day before even for one-off games

The really ironic thing about this 'travel early so as to be better prepared' theory, is that whenever we lose a game after a long bus trip (bus legs), and Corey uses this as a reason for the defeat. The usual suspects are on here poo pooing it as rubbish and a poor excuse. Which way is it boys.

But it is NOT an acceptable excuse......because they should choose to travel earlier to avoid it. Arriving at a rink an hour before a game is totally unacceptable and if Corey chooses to use that as an excuse,he shouldn't because it was their own fault !
