Please can someone answer my really noobish question, why are we associated with the freezers or seem to have a fan connection to them? I'm ready for the slating and abuse I may receive for this.

It's a fan connection, from our year in the Champions League. They were in our group and quite a few of their fans came to watch the game at the NIC, and vice versa with the return fixture.

Their fans have also returned every year since for the playoffs, so last season was the first time they saw Panthers in the playoffs

Thank you, both me and the partner wasn't sure why that's all as we were confused at playoffs when they gave us a mask !

They've sadly gone under haven't they? Yep, they've folded. The hockey gods are cruel. They first inflict Gary Moran upon us and now this!

Fischtown Pinguins have taken their spot so if someone was to buy Freezers they'd be dumped in the DEL2 I think. Fingers crossed they return to the DEL one day though, a lot of fans and a few players have joined Hamburg Crocodiles, the second.. Well only professional ice hockey team in Hamburg.
Their fans are incredible though, if our arena allowed drums I could bet a years wages that if the Hamburg lot (group of 10 or so) came over then the atmosphere would be created by them with absolute ease.
