If you didn't see it, try catch up. An artificial ice pad has been built in an old warehouse so that kids can train on surfaces representing the challenges of an ice rink. Great to see Corey giving help to the kids. We all know the problems of ice time and this is the sort of facility need to progress the sport.

A few Nottingham-based rec hockey teams use it regularly too.

With the right person, and backing, it could open up a whole new area for the skating/hockey industry. Renevate an old barn or something, lay some Synthetic Ice and you're sorted.. People can skate on it, play on it, train on it and it's obviously far cheaper than an ice rink. Plus you could literally create one anywhere.
It's great to see Corey doing this though, along with taking on the on-ice training for a Nottingham junior team. I hope he continues to do so and i hope this grows into a wider business.

Isn't the guy who has had the rink built for his son a big sponsor of the Panthers?

Isn't the guy who has had the rink built for his son a big sponsor of the Panthers? He used to be a long time ago.
