Well done Sheffield on this.
Although I'd have kept the ST money too.

Giving her the money back (balance of) saves any hassle on that front, probably the easiest path to take.

I read about this on Social media. Some village lost it's idiot that night, that's for sure.
Well done Steelers on getting rid of the problem. The sport doesn't need that kind of 'fan'.

Well Done to Steelers. Often wondered how well these things are actually policed however. Won't be hard for the person to get a match ticket. Would imagine if they are descrete they will still be at games before they are suposed to be.

"Foul and abusive behaviour however will only be tolerated if its from a club spokesperson,"

Absolute nut case by the sounds of it. Her pic on twitter from the game says a lot.
Just a thought, what stops her going to away games?

You would have to be pretty desperate to still want to go to games if your club basically said they don't want you.
In this case she seems to have got what she deserved though !

Going off twitter postings from the actual recipient of the incident a Sheff fan was sitting in her regular season ticket seat which happened to be in the away block (seems odd already imo). Said Sheffield fan argued with a Braehead fan, punched this fan, threw a drink over same fan's two yr old son, spat at two Braehead flags, got taken away, came back & then for some bizarre reason started filming the two yr old on her phone & when questioned mentioned something about being assaulted by a Panthers fan as a child..... Then she was removed from the arena. Random.

Blimey, very unpleasant. a Sheff fan was sitting in her regular season ticket seat which happened to be in the away block (seems odd already imo). It was at Ice Sheffield wasn't it? What do they do with the ST seats there?

Sadly Mr Simms couldn't keep out of the limelight by naming the offenders Steeltalk username on twitter then saying that the forum were protecting her. As clueless as usual.

Is that woman one of the ones who used to sit in the front row or so of block 202 at the arena with a couple of OAPs and always claimed they had season tickets there so wouldn't move even though it was now the away block. They then used to moan like hell and utter expletives all game because the Panthers fans were singing etc.
I had trouble with that lot several times.

Don't think so Iginla. Apparently she's a loner who always attended erm.... alone.
Had the same seat for years, which I find odd given its location.

Also to add to this the lady who was attacked is a Braehead fan based in Nottingham. Her son, I believe, is a Panthers fan who always wears his Panthers shirt.
Maybe the person who attacked them didn't appreciate the Panthers shirt.
No excuse at all for any behaviour obviously, but possibly a rivalry reason.

I see he's somehow managed to get banned from there I always thought SteelTalk was very much on message when it came to The Family, guess there are limits.

He's been banned from there quite a while, but can still post under the Steelers Official profile.
