A friend of mine is thinking of coming down to a Panthers game, and he'd be bringing both of his daughters, one of whom is only 3 years old.
Would he have to pay for a seperate seat for her, or would they let him in with her to sit on his lap?

Don't quote me on this...as I could be wrong. I THINK you still need a ticket (Which are free from the box office) to allow a child to sit on your lap. I am not sure of the age, size restrictions though.

As I believe Shaggy He will not have to pay for a three year old if she is sitting on his knee

This is it as far as I understand it. We have always had to buy a seat for Michael as he has always been over two. Over two's must have their own seat brought for them. Rob

The T&C state "Children under 2 years old and not occupying a seat are free of charge, although a baby ticket must be requested/issued."
IIRC the ticket sales form on the above link allows you to order these tickets, but you have to collect them from the box office, so make sure your friend knows he needs to get there early or he'll miss the start.
Edit: just re-read your post Shaggy, I reckon he's gonna need a kids ticket for his 3 year old.
