So now that we can see that we have upped our roster for this year what are people's thoughts on being 1 import down ( 2 to Braehead! ). Are we going to bring a late guy in and then further cover around Christmas? Or is it a case of good start then really struggle if we pick up an injury?

I would have preferred to have had a full quota of imports, but I guess we have time to see how things go and then make adjustments after a month or so.... if required. I doubt very much that we will finish the season an import down, I think by Jan we will be at full strength... I am really excited now for the new season.. Not long now!

They signed ex-Caps player/coach Richard Harmann as assistant player/coach. They're going with a spare import basically, as are Shuff.

We are playing its 4 lines this year. We have the players for that. Do we really need another import to sit on the bench. Only way I would look at bringing one more import in, would be for long term injury cover. Short term injury, just play 3 lines, like we have always done.

I think CN is more interested to see how DC holds out and if he has a problem again we need a 30 goal import asap.

We only have 3 centres unless Bohmbach plays centre (which I hope he doesn't). Therefore we have three lines plus three more wingers. Clearly if we bring in another import he wont sit on the bench, you would expect Betteridge to as things stand.

I do agree with you that the fourth line requires a centre to work as well as it can, however I think Neilson will make someone play out of position as centre, probably Betteridge

Looking at what Corey has achieved so far this summer I have faith in him.
I didn't eight weeks ago and wanted him out but I'm impressed with the pre-season.
If he fails I feel he will be fired so he must have confidence in his approach.
