Don't underestimate Hull, Braehead did that and look where it got them!

This is the worst possible line up for me.... I had decided to support Braehead if we went out, then Cardiff.... The first semi with Hull and Sheffield will be a cricket score and Coventry and Belfast will tire each other out in the evening, leaving Sheffield to win it again!!! This season has been an utter disaster....

Feel sorry for Belfast fans the most. How will they keep they're make believe rivalry going if we aren't there?

Well I'm supporting Hull.
Lauzon and Pacha have done an awesome job this year with half a team for a lot of the time.......coaches of the year for me.

Come on you Stingrays. Here's hoping that all the Panthers fans get some voice to cheer the Hull team on.

Genuinely think Coventry could grind out a win. With Stewart they've always got a chance. But I'm a hull fan a weekend. The entire arena needs to be giving Stewart abuse.

A gamechanger who can pull a win out of the hat or throw it away riduculous goals and a let's just say he has a particularly "theatrical" style of play. Fact is though he stole the show last night and him vs Modig was the difference this weekend.

The weakest final weekend line up ever? Only one team from the top four made it to the finals.

Agree totally with Iginla. We have had our problems with injuries, and undoubtedly missed K Wall, but they have rarely been able to ice more than 11 or 12 skaters. The way that Stingrays, Blaze, and Flyers have performed in the play-offs shows just how far determination and belief can take you. Whilst Steelers are undoubtedly favourites, none of the others should be written off. Really hacked off that Panthers aren`t there but it is good for the game if the smaller teams get their day in the sun - the league needs them as well as us, just hope one of the others can stop Steelers.

How is that sour grapes? I don't like Coventry and less than I don't like Sheffield. I don't see how that's sour grapes. I'd be saying it if Coventry has got there beating Braehead...

What's funny about that is you've just said "it is good for the game if the smaller teams get their day" and the underdogs who have got there included Coventry and Belfast who, 3/4 years ago, would have almost been guaranteed a spot haha! That'll annoy them a fair bit but I totally agree with you.

Hopefully Hull can produce something - Seeing Sheffield in the 3rd/4th place game would be funny, Belfast and Coventry should be interesting and entertaining especially if Tanaka and Lloyd started on each other. Remember a few weeks ago quite a few Panther fans wanted to face Belfast in the Quarters?
