Wonder why block 15 is not for sale? Looks like we are squeezed in the corner.

Wonder why block 15 is not for sale? Looks like we are squeezed in the corner. It's an overflow block, the same as 8, 9, and 10 are. But 8, 9 and 10 could be used for Sheffield too. You watch em fill up if teams qualify. Some people wait to get their tickets till they know if their team is playing

Some people wait to get their tickets till they know if their team is playing These days I think there are a lot like that and considering the expense, especially for those coming from outside Nottingham, it's hardly surprising. You know you're getting to the latter half of the hockey season when the play-off tickets go on sale, although I'll have to wait until the general sale before getting mine. Already looking forward to my annual Hooters trip, involving a pitcher of rubbish beer and lots of unhealthy food. Regards Doom

If Panthers season ticket holders snap up all of their allocated blocks quickly then they'll be released straight away

Assuming 'all other' teams go on sale at the start as Sheffield/Nottingham ST sales.Even considering that other teams do carry less fans than the big arena type. Does this not show that Sheffield/Nottingham non season ticket holders (who even might attend a vast amount of games - maybe even away) might get less of a chance to get a seat than ALL supporters over the UK.Those last few seats as people queue go very quickly. Though I may have mis read and it's ST before all other fans from UK as well as non ST Nottm/Sheff .
If I have read this wrong please understand this is just a question.Otherwise non ST fans from Notts/Sheff are going to claim a seat as 'another team supporter' and I think this reminds us of similar problems previous years. First thought also why do Nottm/Sheff ST fans come before 'other teams' anyway?
Unsure if going myself, as last year for the very first time. Mainly because the first thing I see that EIHL have not grasped is the fans and probably players disinterest on that stupid 3rd/4th play-off.

I think there's a pre-sale week for Panthers/Steelers ST holders Spik, then they just go on sale to everyone.
Presumably this is to stop what happened last year with us buying wherever.
Whether a pre-sale week for ST holders is fair or not is an age old question on here, a week is at least less time than it was previously.

Seems pretty self explanitory to me Spik, on sale to Nottingham and Sheffield Season Ticket Holders from Wed 28th for one week, then on general sale to everybody else from whatever team one week later.

I don't think it really matters when tickets go on sale because the whole arena won't sell out - just like the last 2 years!

Do people usually queue up through night? And if so what time does this usually start?

I think there's normally a few who want a bunch of seats together who do it yeah, not sure you can normally phone up though so maybe that'll put an end to it? But then again, would you risk it with the NIC's phone lines?

It will be the usual m....ts sorry suspects camped out....literally. It seems they have nothing better to do. They Will have been there well before midnight no doubt. About 10 of them.....all with multiple season tickets each. I bet they were happy last year when we failed to qualify.....

If people want to queue up early doors to get the pick of their seats for them and their friends, so be it. I don't see a problem myself.
And why does it matter if we qualify or not? PlayOffs is a great weekend regardless.

I quite agree although 7pm the previous day seems rather over the top? And i don't see a problem with people queuing early to get the pick of the seats. Although when one person alone is getting seats for 66 people is excessive don't you think? Though they are just following the rules....fair play to them. I never said it matters to me whether we qualify or not. Obviously I'd prefer it if we did....but then I quite enjoyed last year being a neutral so to speak....

I think I prefered the two occasions we didn't qualify (my first PO's a few years ago, and last year) to the times we've qualified and not won it lol.

Got mine over the phone this morning. Wrang up at 9am & didn't get through until 9.30am but got the seats I wanted(Row L).
Think the people that Camp overnight are a little crazy but hey, thats their coice. Probably all part of the fun for them. I have turned up at 8am before and then had to wait until 9.30ish before getting served so will definatly stick to the phone in future. Although being on hold for half an hour with a 1 year old and 2 1/2 year old all over me was probably more stressfull than queing up.

Block 13. Actually ended up getting my ST seats. No suggestion of any restrictions when I called.

Well, 15 minutes of the forthcoming "attractions" at the NIC courtesy of the phone queue (including Simply Red & Spandau Ballet) have me convinced of the appeal of spending the night on Bolero Square
