Stars played great against us Devils Sunday, don't take them for granted, they are a hungry animal.

I'm a bit worried that the Panthers website is all ready mentioning travel. It is a legitimate reason for slow starts and such but feels defeatest that it is on the official website all ready.
I think we are looking at a slow first period, possibly going a goal down but then a come back with a win in the range of 4-2.

From the website -
"Panthers treatment room was opening for business earlier than wanted with fitness tests on at least two players, including Bruce Graham who failed to make the trip to Scotland yesterday because of a niggling injury"
Swindon are not playing tonight, so I would expect Betteridge to be in the squad. MK and Peterborough are though.

Rumour on Twitter that Panthers are scrambling for a back up for Green and Kowalski is not fit.

Thomas Hovell in as backup, Craig out.

Sorry readers, iam afraid it's time to look for a new keeper. Greeners good for a back up and K Wall is the best when he's fit, but since that away game with Coventry and he got ran, he's not been the same. We need a younger keeper. . . Modig if he would come, but I believe he wants to play at home

Played short handed and lost at home to bottom of the league.
Simply not good enough.

Played short handed and lost at home to bottom of the league. Simply not good enough. True, if only we'd have another quality import netminder on the books that we could've paid for another week. Great call letting him go as soon as Kowalski was 'fit'. We weren't great but Darnell (and I don't care if this sounds like sour grapes) stank the place out.

Green would want 2 of them back. Darnell was useless, his worst game by a mile. Need to shake things up, time to cut some players Corey

Scored 8 goals this weekend. Only 2 of them by imports.

I don't think we played that badly. Two things cost us tonight. Bad referee & Bad netminding. Green has improved enormously the last few seasons but tonight he was the major difference. A decent goalie wouldn't have let at least 2 of thise goals in. This is where the club is to blame for not having cover.
Darnell, Well. I actually don't think he got that many, if any calls wrong that he called us for. It was the amount he let Dundee get away with considering what he was calling us for. Completely one sided it was beyond a joke. I agree with Ted. Sometimes a referee can be an excuse. Tonight he was a reason, and a big one.
I think we did well to get one point.

If it is the same injury that kept Kowalski out then the club deserve whatever criticism they get. If it was a different injury, then you cannot legislate for it.
Darnell stunk, but we should be scoring more goals.

Shocking referring performance. Absolutely abysmal. The man should be embarrassed to collect his pay check. A disgrace.
Green will want the third back, horrible goal to concede. That's the back up nettie though, they will let easy ones in. Decision needs to be made over Kowalski. No time for sentiment. If he isn't fit then we must act.
Thought the team battled well tonight. Dundee had little idea how to cope at times. Really liked Mosey on D. Adds another offensive element back there alongside the excellent Wild.
We'll play way worse & win.

Scored 8 goals this weekend. Only 2 of them by imports. Points per game average: Benedict 0.4, Parent 0.5, Jacina 0.6, Graham 0.7. Therein lies the main problem. The import forwards just aren't putting up the numbers. Personally I'd offload one of the five import D for another forward and tell the others they are on notice.

If Kwall is out and not back for next week i think we really need to cut our losses on him.
2nd season on the bounce now where he just isnt durable. Undoubted class and we will forever regard him as possibly the finest keeper to suit up for Panthers, but we cant mount a serious title challenge with an injury prone keeper. Its also unpleasant to say, but do I think Kwall would have done much better tonight if fit? I cant say i do... His form has been really lacking even when he has played. To let a keeper go (and i dont know the circumstamces why Modig has gone back) who had a 94% save rate, to bring back Kwall who sits just above 90% and for him to only manage 1 game back...!
Corey made a huge decision to call it a day for himself - and im expecting a flamed response to this - but i think he should (and must already be) looking to do the same for Craig.

One day this club may actually wake up and actually start making decisions to give the fans what they deserve.
To let Modig go before even game testing Kowalski was madness or penny pinching,Darnell was one eyed but Green was the reason we lost along with an all round poor quality team who have now lost to every other team in the league and we have only played 20 do league/cup games......that is pathetic !
Also, why do we play at 4pm after a long trip back last night too, even an idiot would have thought it might have been a good idea to look at the schedule and make it a 6pm face off tonight. But as usual, that might cost a few tickets not sold and we couldn't have that could we ?
Always the same with Panthers, make it hard for themselves and money saved or tickets sold always comes before winning. I wonder what tonight's excuse will be,my money is on "the boys were tired"........not good enough,by a long way Panthers !!!!!!!

He's got TWO points in the whole of November, and only 4 goals all season. Given that he's a forward, how can he not have even got second assists?? He was shocking last season, but Corey re-signed him basically because he likes him.

IMO darnell cheated, you can't be that abysmal by accident. And it was noticeable that only 3 players shook his hand at the end. Year on year the standard of officiating gets poorer and poorer and until something is done there is a real risk that players are going to get seriously injured because of the inability of these people to run a game fairly and safely.
Onto the game, in the latter stages we could've and should've won but the lack of a goal scorer and a backup netminder letting in soft goals it wasn't going to happen. Something has got to happen with the forwards as it's not right, same with the goal keeping we can't have our goalie play 1 game and spend a week out back for a game out for 2 weeks, back for a game and then out again. CN seems to be still riding on the grand slam success and either is recruiting poorly or, is someone telling him who to recruit? The time is coming to sort it out before a real rut sets in.

I wouldn't lose any sleep if ANY import was cut (except Mosey or Higgins).
The scary thing is that we are 2 points off the top! Doesn't say much for the quality/standard of the league this year does it? How this 'shower' masquerading as a Panthers team can be right up there is frankly amazing.
With regards to the Goalie situation, it beggars belief!
And yes the Ref was crap! Almost as crap the home team!

Poor performance again, special mention for Green who shipped three sitters but should he be starting? Whoever decided Kowaski was fit needs sacking along with the moron who let Modig go. The only conclusion I can draw is it's a money saving exercise, along with the late announcement of Kowalski's absence, don't want to give anyone time to decide not to attend do we. I'm sure it's been said but I feel I'm being taken for a ride by the Panthers.
