4-2 Panthers....
Edit to say, any Panthers fans going to this deserve a medal.

4-2 Panthers.... Edit to say, any Panthers fans going to this deserve a medal. Travelling to some Elite League outpost to watch an end of season dead rubber deserves a medal, this trip would be its own reward. Hope some of ours are doing it, should be great, and won't come around often. On the score, I think Pidge'll be closer, but the optimism is admirable (or possibly alcohol induced, but I don't like to cast aspersions).

Lots of CHL hockey in Premier this weekend - both Panthers games, and bonus fixtures on Thu and Sat too

If we score 2 and keep them below 10 it will be a great result. Different gravy

Hi there Panthers fans, fun to see so much action around hockey in Nottingham! If you wanna see the tomorrows game against Lulea, You can see it on this page : www.svtplay.se/sportYou might need to use a proxy, if the site is for Swedes only. I hope we will see Nottingham playing in the CHL in the future to. 5-1 Luleå, I think / Lars Grafte

As last night, it is likely we will be missing Mark Lee, Clarkie, Higgins and (of course) Podlesak again and Mosey moving to forward.
I will be pleased if we can keep the scoreline within 4 for this one.
As has been said on a previous thread we so far have not been very good on picking up the 2nd man when when the opposition comes at us. I think in these scenarios the D-man maybe has to ensure the pass is not on and leave Kwall to try and outsmart the man with the puck. I thought Werner was exceptional at this in 2012/13.

4-0 end of first. Lots of effort by Panthers, beaten by 4 quality goals so far. The Swedes are fast and red hot.

What do we learn from getting beat every match?
It's not like our attacking players are getting much practice in and the d will be knackered by the time the league starts? K-wall will have a bad back from having to pick the puck out of his net!!!

On the plus side Hamburg got beaten 5:0 by Lukko, so the games against them might be much closer - from memory they've only scored one goal so far.
