Looking forward to this tournament , hopefully the players will settle down with less pressure on them than the last 2 games. These games should be more like EIHL standard and give us a better understanding of how we might fair in the league , although some of our "extra" imports are with us iam not sure how much ice time they will get. It was a tough couple of games against Lukko and Lulea, good experience for the players and results apart, good to watch, but I look forward to see what we can achieve at this level of opposition as I look at our team and see no real fire power.

Let's hope we can come away from this with 3 wins and no injuries .... If only it was that easy.

That would be good and achieveable I think . For me it's the chemistry and understanding between players iam looking for before we start the league campaign

Has anybody else reserved tickets for collection at Amiens? I tried to do this, but they asked for payment in advance by bank transfer. From the posting on the Panthers website, it sounded like you could just reserve them and pay when you collect them?

The OS did read that way, but when I contacted them they said payment in advance. To be fair they sent me the details by return and the transfer went through with no problem. However, it did take a couple of days for the transfer to be confirmed by Amiens and the tickets reserved, hopefully.

The boys need this weekend to regroup after having a full week to prepare and rest the niggles.

Couple of wins would be nice. To be honest I would be happy with just coming away with a healthy roster.

Don't know about a webcast, they do have a YouTube channel and appear to record the games, so maybe. Or maybe there'll be highlights later on?

I'm pretty sure I saw Clarke outside the arena today, I'm not too sure when they travel so if they'd already left for France, he won't be playing

As reported by GMB Panthers Live, we're missing Mark Lee, Cohen, Clarke and Higgins. 1-1 in first, Boxill with ours.

Now 3-1 Panthers, Steve Lee (obviously) and Max Parent.
Edit - might've been Juice not Steve with #2.
