As above. Fantastic news! Great to have him back.
Hopefully get Oakford as well and go with Lee, Oakford, a bit of Norton and 4 import D.

now that is a massive signing for us. one of the best brit dmen in the league and really opens up some more options for corey knowing he doesn't need an extra import Dman.

OS describes it as a long term deal as well.
Hopefully something in the region of 12 years....
Also says a couple of new faces are close to putting pen to paper. Would fit in with Oakford announcing his departure from the EPL and maybe a new import D man.

A bit unexpected given CN's comments last week(?) but that makes it an even better re-signing.
Great news

Hopefully this week's "Panthers look likely to lose Francis" story will also be quickly followed by news of him signing a new deal too.

Fantastic news. But there is still only 11 weeks to go....... Yea, You've got to be concerned that he may not be back from his holidays in time for the first match.

Lee, Mosey + 4 import d is what is required . As that is what our rivals will go with I think

I think I agree pidge. 5 import D + Lee. Maybe we will have Oakford but I can't see him playing that much unless he proves really good at the beginning of the season.

This is great news.
Lee brings a high level of skill which he combines with a good turn of speed and a good shot. He's also strong and tough, despite which he takes few penalties.
There are frequent calls for a heavy import presence on our defence: in my view Lee is close to, if not actually of import standard.
Really glad he's back, and on a 'long term' deal as well.

Huge signing. I reckon the 'long-term' deal will be similar to lachos where he has the option to go to Europe next summer or he'll stay if he wants.
Surely Corey must be looking at 5 import D otherwise why turn away Norton? Bruce and Stevie have been major signings recently!

Crucial crucial signing! We were looking worryingly short of experienced/quality Brits but this signing is a huge pressure-release! I would see any other Brit signing as bonus now. Would still personally prefer we went with 5 import D but it's hard to imagine Corry going down that route.

If we do sign Oakford I reckon it will be him, Lee, Mosey + 3.
I can't see him leaving his old club to come here as a 7th D man.
Might be off somewhere else anyway...

Good news about Stevie, but a shame about Franny. I did think it maybe his last season with us when Foxy didn't return, he was gutted. Anyway he's not signed yet but there's still a chance same as Steve.

I wonder what has changed for Lee, thinking about it now, Corey was saying he wanted to prove himself in Europe or NA say why hasn't he given it a shot at all ? Im happy he is staying dont get me wrong.
