They may as well have said "We can neither confirm nor deny the allegations made by the CDRA" and left it at that. I really feel for the Devils fans.

The way the treated Joe Meyers last season looks like the tip of the iceberg to the goings on in Cardiff. I really don't see them lasting long enough to make it to their new home if Regan is involved with them much longer. Also saw a couple of rumours over the weekend that Dave whistle may not be returning to Cardiff next season because of the problem.

Certainly saying nothing is not a plea of guilty but not good either.Seems like there is something smouldering otherwise the club would deny all this surely? Too convenient to say 'it's our business' when I assume they also rely on the supporters clubs work to get the fans in.ST ticket sales all in by now eh?

If the allegations made by the CDRA were untrue or incorrect he would have taken legal action.

Its about time the league stepped in to ask whats going off, especially as fans have already paid ST money over.

If the allegations made by the CDRA were untrue or incorrect he would have taken legal action. Would he? I'm not one to defend Paul Ragan - quite honestly, I'd like to see him whipped out of our sport at the first available opportunity - but it cannot be assumed that just because someone hasn't taken legal action regarding some claims, it doesn't mean that said claims are true. After all, a club owner who gets a rep for taking anyone to court who says something he doesn't like - true or not - well... it's not going to encourage people to trust him, is it? Won't do his rep any good at all (with trying to get new sponsors on board, etc etc). Personally, I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that these claims are 100% true - but the lack of legal action means nothing in of itself.
