I bought a ticket for yesterday's game and it transpired that I'd been sold a season ticket holder's seat. The lasses whose seat it was said that the arena makes the same mistake all the time. Another woman further along said her seat had been sold again too. Compared tickets and stuff and the bluecoat said the arena had made an error.
How difficult is it not to sell the same seat twice ? If it'd been my season ticket seat, I'd have hit the roof. Has anyone else had this problem ?

I know the reverse happens - some seats are not sold because they are still on the NIC computer as season tickets even though they've not been renewed this season.
The problem arises from Panther's London office not providing a properly updated list of current season tickets at the start of the current season.
For what ever reason an accurate list never seems to have been forthcoming/implemented, despite the fact that the problem has been pointed out to the booking office on a number of occasions to my knowledge.
