Think we will lose this one and win at home. Just seems to be how we are going at the moment.
That is unless we have a Christmas miracle and see Henley and Kwall back in the lineup.

IF we can get a win in the Tin Shed then that'll boost our away confidence a huge amount. Steelers are scraping results at the moment. Play physical but no fighting until the game is almost over. As much as I'd love to see Spencer on the floor (AGAIN) id much rather have the 2 points!

This could go absolutely anywhere given both teams erratic form. Steelers beaten 5-1 in Cardiff tonight. Plenty of fighting as well.

Great, any news on Lyonns ? And if he's expected out as long I would like injury cover for a d man until then. But I doubt it ...,

Blimey, we're in a big old pile of the bad stuff now. They do seem to raise their game when it's a backs to the wall job though, so here's hoping.

Love this Steelers related tweet
"Paul Wheeler@fourthlinewing If you're disappointed with any of your Christmas presents, just remember someone, somewhere is unwrapping a Sheffield Steelers jersey.

With our key defencemen injured this could end up being a repeat of last season's disaster.... So frustrating we have not brought in another defenceman, after signing Farmer I would have loved to have seen us revert back to 4D.

Both sides could fill up a Hospital wing right now so this game will go either way but got a feeling corey neilsons comments after the last game will have fired up the steelers players too much and they might want it that much more just to prove a point.
Gutted Brent Henley is not playing as I bumped into Tim Spencer at the gym and he was all set to just drop his gloves without even asking if he wants to go or not centre ice right off the bat, oh well that fight will happen FAIR eventually later in the season. He will ask Leigh Salters To go instead but I will be very surprised if he accepts.
Will Joe Jensen Turtle AGAIN or will he go with super tough Jason Hewitt this time?, Will Chris Murray Go with Super Tough Robert Dowd again I hope so as that was a good little scrap but would prefer he goes with either Drew Fata or Steven Goertzen.
It is Boxing Day there must be a few fights.
Hopefully The Ref lets the game flow for both sides, Expect Matt Francis to Score and FULLY expect David Clarke to Score at least One Goal,
Think Steelers will Edge this One 5-3 then concede 4 or 5 goals in the 3rd period at the self proclaimed world famous NIC to eventually lose 6-1.
Should Be a fantastic atmosphere at the HOS or Tin Shed yeah Whatever. May the best team win.

From the OS
Stevie Lee has been ruled out by the doctors and joins the three long-term injury victims, Craig Kowalski, Brent Henley and Lynn Loyns on the side-lines.
Other players will undergo late fitness tests today ahead of the big game.

Steelers to take this one 6-2 and sucker us into stupid penalties.
Spencer, fathead, Baldwin and Hewitt will be running amuck as we cant afford Murray or salters to be taking 5 min majors.

Fifteen minute delay already. Assuming so they can try and flog more stuff as no traffic problems and no queues.

James - I think spencer made you look to be a gullable fan tonight... Refusing to go with salters. Benedict was the ONLY player on our team playing tonight. Sheffield didn't beat us tonight, we lost the game ourselves. We know our D was weak, but when your forwards aren't creating much either you're not gonna achieve much. Lacho getting a 10 minute abuse of official penalty sums up tonight good and proper. Still...the last time we lost in Sheffield on Boxing Day we went on to win the league...
